It would be helpful if you guys had well trained personnel to operate forklifts in the lumber area because we waited 1.5 hours and just had to leave they were having trouble getting it down.

I order washing machine 2 weeks ago from home depot Ordinance Road and they never deliver it as promise so I decided to just get our money back . The lady in customer service , she said her name is Natasia ask too many questions about my order and when I said it doesn’t matter I don’t want the washing machine anymore I just want my money back she throw my receipt in front of me and said “ I cannot help you then “ Very nasty I don’t understand why home depot has people working in customer service that nasty!!! I will never go to that store never again! I am cancelling my credit card with them as well!

My least favorite of the Home Depot’s in the area. It just doesn’t feel laid out in a logical way. The only advantage they have is that this one rents out equipment and they seem to have more stuff than the other one.

I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again! I spent 2 months waiting on a special order window. 1st delivery damaged and sent back, 2nd delivery LOST, 3rd delivery covered in dirt, dust, multiple rub marks along with broken and bent mounting flanges. The window was originally loaded on a truck from Jeldwen 3 months BEFORE I ordered it and didn't finally get to me until 2 AFTER I ordered it. I would have refused it if a very expensive kitchen remodel wasn't so desperately in need of it. We washed and fixed it and installed it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
