I have purchased 3 or 4 wigs/toppers from Michelle over the years. She is a small business owner and knows the business of fitting wigs and toppers. She helps the cancer patients and also those that want to wear a wig or topper to change things up a bit. One thing people need to understand is that it is necessary for her to protect her inventory from being handled by people that want to come in and try on wigs. This is not a store to come in and start putting wigs on your head. When I was there one day, one lady came in and did not even have a clean head. Michelle has to handle these situations delicately. Many of these wigs are of higher quality (well over $1000 +). It is not fair some reviews say she is rude. I find her to be nice and caring. If you indicate your budget and needs she will help you. Her knowledge of fitting to different size heads and areas of hair loss is excellent. When she brings out something for me, the first one is usually exactly what I like and end up buying.

There are pros and cons for both synthetic and human hair wigs (e.g., price, colorability, weight, etc.), so what makes users happy is not necessarily materials you chose but mostly styles from our experience. We can't refer you one price because we do not know which one fits you until we see you. We have a thousand wigs in display, and price varies, depending on brands, colors, and materials. Since we have so many variety, most customers leave the store happily with the best choice. Therefore, the best answer to your question is that why don't you either call to make an appointment or visit during business hours to have a consultation. Michelle has 30 years of experience and will be able to give you satisfactory recommendations for the right style and right price in your mind. Please note on a change in business hour for 2019 that we no longer open on Monday.
