I have made a huge mistake and wish to fix it. I ordered a plant from another florist named, Essex Florist, that was the one that did not make the delivery. I apologize to the owner of the business, and am trying to rectify my error

I ordered a plant for my daughters birthday, and it was not delivered. The delivery person called and the man taking the order took down the wrong address. I corrected the address and gave directions. I learned later that evening , she did not get them.

This Flower SHOP, Don't get any Stars From me. I ordered a corsage for a Prom. I specifically told them what I wanted. Red Roses and I picked out a white ribbon with a gold trim. I did not receive that. My sister picked it up for me when I saw the picture of it I was disappointed. It had red carnation and some kind of light greenish color ribbon. Do they listen at all NO. I called back to let them know. The Lady was unprofessional, she showed no concern , and she repeatedly came off as RUDE to me. I will never buy anything else from this Flower Shop. Bad Customer Service 👎....... .

Placed an online order for mothers day hoping they would get there by mothers day . We didnt get the flowers on mothers day called them that monday was advised they would not be shipping flowers untill tuesday and they were out of the chocolates i paid for they will refund me the money for the chocolates very dissapointing. I will not be going back to them or recommending this florist to anyone we were exspecting the flowers to be there on mothers day not two days later
