This place has been more than helpful. From quick timely feedback to a warm welcome. This management office has done more than enough on ensuring all the residents Or future residents, are taken care of. Several Times the office (ms.Shalonda in particular) has gone above and beyond in taking care of my households situation. I am very impressed and appreciative in the staff, from the management to the workers, very calm and very willing to help. The maintenance are helping the house get all fixed up from the previous owner, and i am very grateful how this entire staff does everything so efficiently.

I’ve lived here since July 2021. The mgmt now is wonderful they really respond quickly for any issues we have. We sold our dream house after 20yrs and decided we wanted to rent. I moved here 3 years ago. I enjoy how well the property is maintained. Sholonda has been a very much needed asset as Property Manager! She genuinely cares about the residents. She is accessible and gives her immediate attention to any of my concerns. I hope she’s going to stay around as long as I plan to be here!! She’s a jewel!
