Please dont waste your time. The counter agent is rude and ignores phone calls. Ive called them every day for a week to close out my account. Left voice mails with no call back for a week. Now they are charging me for another month when my unit has been cleared. You can never get in tough with this location. “We care about your service” is a lie. They care about taking your money and thats it

If I could give a minus 0 star I would. I've been using the storage facility for 4 years. They never clean, sweep or anything. I've had the same trash in front of my unit for months. A few weeks ago I found a dead mouse in front of my unit. I called and let them know, the manager said all storage units have mice. I asked about cleaning she told me they clean but don't everyday. Came back 2 weeks later, same dead mouse and trash still there. Put the mouse in a plastic bag, took it to the office to show them it had been there for 2 weeks and trash was still there. The girl at the front desk was the rudest person I've ever seen. What an extreme attitude. She was mad because I brought the dead mouse in. She took it personally and said well I'm not going down there and cleaning it. She twisted everything I said and continued to argue with me. I asked for the managers number, she gave it to me while she was laughing like it was a joke.very rude and immature. I called the manager, she said they had an order in for the mice. All my belongings have mouse droppings all over them. Most of it is probably ruined. Will get my things out as soon as I find a clean storage unit that's not mouse infested and file an insurance claim. Don't go there.

Horrible company. I moved out in middle of June, empty unit, did the check out online because the manager is never there. A month later I get an email adding I owe for the following month, called customer service they said the manager would take care of it. Now two months later I get a call from collections. There's much better storage places than Public Storage and especially this location.
