Terrible! Waited at the window for 10 minutes only to ve informed they were in the middle of a shift change and my order would be another half hour. Idk how this place stays in business. Would give 0 stars if I could

I used to go to the Krystal's off of University and Barnes Road... They always had milkshakes and apple pies. Since I moved I now go to the one on Lem Turner and they've never had a working milkshake machine (day or night) .. I haven't asked about the apple pies yet...
