I went in for new tires and an alignment and left very happy. I was able to get 3 new tires and 1 free and also some kind of tire warranty through Pep Boys nationally. I felt like the staff were very honest and trustworthy. The shop did a complimentary vehicle inspection and when they pointed out the red flags my vehicle had I didn't feel pressured to get them fixed that day. They gave me a print out with prices and let me know the level of urgency each issue had. The interior of the office was pretty clean too and didn't smell like rubber like other places I've been. If I have vehicle issues in the future I will definitely be giving them another call.

I am a 72 yr old disabled,retired, medical worker. I was practically waited on as I sat down and was saved a back breaking stand at the service counter....indeed the staff came around to me! Everyone is VERY friendly and VERY patient when explaining what the problem is, especially Evin and Keeshawn. On top of this, the prices are very reasonable and discounts are given even if one is unaware of them. For example, Tuesdays are senior discount days (if there aren't other discounts being applied). In my case the discount that I was really totally unaware of was at least 25%! Pep Boys had worked on my car a few months ago and unbeknownst to me it allowed the present labor charge to be deducted due to what I surmised was a past failing on their part. What really surprised me much more even than the savings was Evin's honesty. In fact he came over special just to inform me! Made my week! One is always being admonished not to fall prey to predatory mechanics. You are safe from such charlatans at Pep Boys of Eustis, Florida!
