My wife and stepdaughter called and asked about a certain mobile home. They were told there was an available one on the lot. When they arrived, the man said it wasn’t there and he had not said one was present. He treated my stepdaughter with disdain and was very short with her mother and especially, her four year old son. What he did not know was that they had come prepared to pay cash for this home. I would suggest using another dealer.

My wife and I had a very poor experience with this Sunshine dealership this week. I believe the sales lady we dealt with was either very poorly trained or outright uninformed. After picking out the house we wanted and laying out all our specifics we wanted (like gas fire place, gas range, etc) she listed it “all electric” on the order form. About a week and a half after she told us it was ordered, I emailed her to check on the status and she told us it wont be ordered until we had made a good faith deposit (which we easily could have made but was never discussed as a condition of ordering). She told us certain desires we had came “standard” when they really weren’t. It was like she was shooting from the hip when answering our questions or had no intention of what eventually got delivered was what we were actually wanting to order. We cancelled our order with them and are going with another dealer. They were all friendly, though.

Don't waste your money. Bought a home from there 3 years ago and have had problems with it since day 1.
