We brought our newly adopted cat here and she was completely misdiagnosed by the vet there. not only did they not listen to our worries about our cat, but they also pushed it aside. It was because of this that we didn't know our cat had roundworm. We found out when she threw up one of the worms. I would not recommend this vet in any way.

I have been bringing my dogs here for many years. I used to see Dr. Matt but he moved from the practice. After Matt left she saw Dr Hager another fabulous vet then she left too. Now she sees Dr. Paradiso whom is amazing. There are 2 issues though - 1. Some of the personnel are rude as hell as I was standing there checking out and whomever one was on the phone with the woman was talking bout their pet the receptionist was rolling her eyes and making like boring notices. 2nd my dog has been on same meds for 2 years and when I get the written script it is always screwed up. Today it was for the wrong meds!!! Hamilton is fairly pricey and even though my mom and I have been taking our loves to this vet for over 15 years they never have allowed payment plans even when the cost is in the thousands. Sometimes it seems like they are interested more in the money than the pet as a business.

The vets, techs and assistants are all so kind. I never feel rushed and they take the time to answer my questions. I've had some tough life choices at vets and this group is the most supportive and helpful. Both locations are so close to me and they have awesome hours.
