Forest Hill VA Location- Collectibles section was in immaculate condition, other Walmarts should follow their example of cleanliness and tidiness on their shelves. Employees were very helpful when trying to find the Pop I was looking for, even though that location was out of what I was trying to find.

Customer service will not answer the phone. Have been trying to call for over an hour. Other departments can't find a manager even if they answer which only the pharmacy answered. Just trying to find a wallet that was left in the store. Someone answered the customer service phone once and immediately hung it up.

For years it hasn't been good...nice and simple display. That's what catches people into the trap.

No competent employees to do the simple maintenance required. Such as wiping the filth off the read window . You know , the high tech tasks . 🤦
Be super to get the receipt printed out first. Then show her what she did. If she is unresponsive Tak the items and the receipt to customer service and write down the person's name.
