Not pleased. We went a couple weeks before our wedding with a picture of a bouquet (that was purchased from this flower shop!) from a friend's recent wedding with purple flowers in the bouquet. The receptionsit said no problem she knows what flowers were in the photo and could recreate it for us. We ordered and paid for everything in full to avoid the fuss of later payment on the day of our wedding. What a mistake! We received the flowers on the wedding day and were greeted with pink roses. Nothing like the bouquet we had requested! They were telling us to "not worry about it and go get married". They weren't very apologetic with their mistake, tried to brush off our concerns, and didnt offer an compensation for their mistake. My bride and I didn't match our venue colors after explaining in detail what they were when we ordered our flowers.

Absolutely garbage. They couldn’t even confirm their Saturday location after telling it was pike creek. The flowers we preordered and are already dead when received. They wouldn’t even fix it. Shame on them for $25 corsage.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday from this shop that looked nothing like in the picture! Mostly leaves and barely any flowers. Truly pathetic especially for how much they cost. I could have gotten a better bouquet for a third of the price at the farmers market.

We were sent a delivery from this shop. They called because our address was given incorrectly by the sender. They could not have been lovelier. Miranda initially assisted us and had Una, the owner, call back to ensure we would not be allergic to what was being sent. Ana took time to help us and sent a very nice arrangement. Thank you for the great customer service!
