I had a CT Scan done on June 30th and I still don’t have my results. I have the results in my LGH the next day. I left serval messages & nobody gets back to me. If they had to deal with what I’ve been dealing with I guarantee something would of been done. I have no idea what to do but It’s very frustrating. Guess I’ll call again & see if I can talk to an office manager. If they don’t want the business they could at least let me know. Not sure how insurance will like double test if I go to a different doctor.

I had neck issues and was called about a cancellation in there schedule. I was also waiting for a return call for over a week to confirm my insurance pre authorization. My insurance company told me it was confirmed days prior. So I left work and got shot in the back of my head. The shots didn’t work. On my second appointment I was told I shouldn’t have gotten the shots. They were meant for headaches. I had to pay for shots I didn’t need and they tried to bill my insurance and myself twice. The billing department is a complete mess. They don’t know which end is up. Disgusted is an understatement. I went here because they participate in my insurance and that was a big mistake.
