Never got a chance to use service. I was referred to this shop by another shop who said Tint pro could do a better job. Pretty honest of them, I appreciated that. So I called and made an appointment for 1st thing on a Saturday coming. Confirmed vehicle type, re-tint & that I had already purchased film and it was pre-cut for my car. So I arrive (15 minutes late, my bad) and they tell me job is too much and they can't possibly do it today. WTH was the point of calling to schedule appt??? I had to get my son over to follow me there from Altamonte, I have emphysema & lug around portable oxygen, so it is quite the effort to coordinate this. My son takes time from his family too. So yeah, I'm pretty disappointed in their lack of customer service and coordinating of appointments. For this reason alone, I will take my business elsewhere, it may be my loss if they are as good as what referring shop indicated, but I will live with it.

The owner is very rude, he yelled at me loudly and told me to take it away because it was my fault for opening the door, the paper had turned out badly and why did my truck bring sand and that is why there were many stains left behind, I removed it and it was new and it turned out badly again I didn't say anything to him, I paid and I came because I was in a hurry but I don't recommend the assistants if they are humble, just the boss is a bad person he believes a lot

I haven't got the tint done yet, but when I call Rick was very polite and very understanding I told him I was at work I Wasn't coming anytime soon he still said call me when you get off we'll try to squeeze you in..I will post after the job is done.. Amazing Job
