I would give this 3.5 stars. Good value in that it's inexpensive. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, nice loaner bikes. Pretty, clean and tidy grounds. Easy bike ride to 2 local restaurants. Onsite restaurant isn't open with no ETA. Didn't see the pool but the woman in the office said after being away for 4-5 days that "she heard it was ok", like from a clean and ready standpoint. IMO, by Monday afternoon, she should have checked it for herself knowing transients may want to use it. This place is rundown with LOTS of deferred maintenance but I understand they're digging out of a hole from the previous owner. I wouldn't stay here again but I wouldn't tell you you shouldn't.

PLM is a great place to keep a boat. Services and facility upgrades under the new owner over the past year have made a great spot even better. Have had great results with services and supply/ parts orders. Kudos to staff for the AC unit install in time for the worst if the summer heat and services provide during our short haul at the end of spring.

Don't stay here. Staff literally walked away when we were pulling up to the dock aftertalking with them 10in before. No power for our boat because the others had 2 plugs per boat. Avoid at all costs.

This marina is a great value! The restrooms/showers were spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The sunset views from the Adirondack chairs are beautiful! Restaurants are within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
