Worst pharmacy on the planet. Their hours are trash. What kind of pharmacy is not open on the weekends? And they will close 5-10 minutes early. Last time I got there 7 minutes before closing, drive up was already closed. Garbage

I have multiple experiences of very poor customer service. They often do not answer the phones and when we do they are understaffed and it is hard to get answers met or even prescriptions that I need. I’m off and having to do the legwork even though they’re supposed to be getting refill request from doctors. My doctor photo says to go to the pharmacy and at the pharmacy doesn’t do their part so that I can get it done that way so I have to go back and explain that and then finally get the refill made or wait to get another visit from the doctor to get it done. Tonight I was flat out told the first I was working was and they didn’t have time to help me even though they were open. Call me I work before if a prescription wasn’t in stock, they would find out who had it and help us to get that prescription filled someplace else. Now it is hard because they can’t even call and talk to each other because other stores don’t answer phones either. Therefore, this seems to be a common Walgreens practice.

August Amnesia

They changed the hours of their pharmacy and it's not posted anywhere that it was changed. So I go after work to pick up really important medication and they are closed. It would be nice to have a heads up on when you change your hours.

Me and my 2 children were there OVER an hour to get our vaccines. A younger girl checked us in about 20 minutes before her lunch, she left to lunch and still no one came out. The senior technician who’s been there very long was told 2 or 3 times by the pharmacist that vaccines were ready and she never came out. About 40 minutes later the younger girl who checked us in came back from lunch and the “senior technician” sent her to do the vaccines. I must mention she was very nice and I feel like the older technician should be very ashamed of her self, very poor customer service skills for apparently running that pharmacy. The pharmacist was very busy so I understand. Not going there ever again!!!!
