Since the remodeling of the building the apartment complex has changed. You can hear everything in these apartments even your television they were definitely poorly built. They move anyone in these apartments. People steal your packages the rent is high. When you complain they brush it off. It's not a friendly environment. Even on income based the rent is high.

I wish I could give this place a minus NO stars!! This place is the WORST!! Sewage back up floods that allows maintenance to steal and contaminate your belongings!!! The property manager responded however we STILL do not have our belongings!!! My child and I are forced to live in an empty apartment while our things are STILL with "management". This oppression cloaked in the disguise of "professionalism" is what one can expect while living here!!

Hi Senora. Thank you for your question. Are you asking about laundry rooms? If so, there are laundry rooms in the buildings and not in the actual apartment homes. The office staff lies, doesn't respond to phone calls and maintenance is a joke.
