I called the leasing office with a question regarding requirements to live on the property. I was placed on hold for 6 minutes and a man answered and after 30 seconds it was dead silent. I said hello several times before hanging up the phone. Can someone from the management company please give me a call? Poor customer service at this property. These apartments are awful! As soon as your drive in you know there is something sad and negative about these apartments. To think just minutes from my house is essentially a community that is suffering from poverty and probably many more unfortunate circumstances. This would not be a place I would want to find myself at after dark. It is still shocking to think you can have totally different living environments minutes from one another.
