The prices are great, but the customer service is horrible. The lady in the front desk was on her phone during my whole visit. She wouldn’t even look at me to answer my questions. Her video game on her phone was more important than her customer!

My income was very limited at the time & I couldn’t afford a lot for new prescription glasses. I went searching on the internet & I found 25 Dollar Optical in Baytown. At first I was hesitant but when I walked in I was amazed with the selections for ladies, men & children styles & most of all the prices. The wait time to have it filled was very reasonable they called when they were ready. There was no problem & I walked out of there completely satisfied.
