Waited for 20 minutes. No one in the office, or atleast no one answered to a call of hello. I left to call my test administrator letting them know no one was present and that I needed a new location. I told him I would check one more time. I walk in and some one is now present. I say hello to a person at a desk, she ignores me, so inform her that I am cancelling my certificate for another location. That was when she decided to speak, asking what is wrong. Left anyways. Other reviews old and new are accurate.

Worst experience I have had. The only office employee yelled at me upon entering the testing site: even threatened me. The office is a shambles and dirty. It's impossible to know what you are supposed to do. If you try to ask for help you will be offensively yelled at. Then ignored. I wish I had read the Google reviews before going. To customers - would you eat at a restaurant where the Host yells at you, scolding you for coming in and threatens to close the place because everyone there is 'stupid' for wanting to get served. I'm guessing not. Best to avoid the harassment. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. You will be mistreated. Totally lacks professionalism.

The woman was very thoughtful and kind who was running/owned the facility. She was very polite and friendly. God bless her.
