They have fixed my laptop several times. First time my hard drive that was very old finally gave out. Second time, I dropped it. Third time, possible virus or something. Yes we do! We service and repair all Apple models and typically at a fraction of what Apple charges. Just bring you macbook pro in and we will replace the screen for you.
Yes we can reset it and set the laptop up for you as well as make you the administrator. We can also reset your WiFi so that you can access it again.
Could be stuck at reading the hard drive, could possibly be a faulty drive. Could also be a corrupted boot sector on the drive. There's several other things it could be. Bring it in and Ill diagnose it, it will cost you a total of $99 to fix it as long as no parts are needed.
