No. They start closing at 7:30 and push you away if you don’t have an appointment. There is no walk in clinic anymore

It's recommended but not mandatory 😁 They do accept walk-ins for urgent care, but when we tried we had to come back two days in a row.

No. Now Aspen Dental in Fruitville Pike take new patients and do full exam for free.
They do but it may take time they put appointments first unless emergency
