The Westminster store is the closest to offer delivery. Not sure what their radius is. Most stores do offer pickup. Go and say something to HR. But since Maryland is a state that's considered an individual to be "employed at will", there isn't much he can do unless he's under contract for a guaranteed amount of hours. If I remember correctly, I think someone mentioned the Westminster Weis is hiring...if that's even an option for you.
