I came here and spent 98.75$ For my kids to have a fun and SAFE EXPERIENCE! For one! The staff was not really inviting for two the second hour of being there a fight broke ,the staff was nowhere to be found to redirect these people out they were able to leave and re-enter nobody was watching the door .this experience was horrible!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I attended a birthday party here for my neice. The vibe was already off when there is only one slither of space to leave and enter. You can't keep your eyes on the play area and be at the table given. The prices are RIDICULOUS, 22 dollars for a pizza that tasted OKAY! The party host that was given to us was never anywhere to be found. We needed a knife and was given a pizza cutter to cut the cake. Lastly a fight breaks out in the only slither of space to leave. About 40 people fighting. We are all stuck. The mall security came but they didn't hold enough weight so the cops had to be called and they kicked out EVERYONE talking about a $75 credit will be applied. Ruined my neice's birthday. They need to give my sister a FULL refund! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN HERE!!!!
