- I do not recommend renting this place!! - Leasing office staff do not know the basics. Quoted a rent price for a unit 3 days before the showing and on the day of says the rent is actually $100 higher and lies that the garage is not included as stated on the website. - Asks prospective tenants pay $50-100 before they are willing to show a unit. - Still have yet to receive my deposit 3 months after I moved out. Edit This is a response to below: -rent on the day of the showing was $100 than the given high limit of the range. - ah yes the elusive, call the main office, I did in fact call 3 times about my deposit with "ok we will look into it" answer.

The apartments are nice and great amenities.....However, I don't know how they were allowed to build so many apartments and townhouses without considering parking space. If you work late hours and have more than 1-2 cars good luck with parking. That was the reason i moved out of nyc and here i am having the same issues. I will be considering moving out as soon as my lease expires!
