We had potential leak of natural gas from the HVAC & water heater closet. Initial service was fine, someone came and turned the gas off to be safe. He said someone will come in the morning to do a more thorough investigation. The next morning, no one came. We called, and the customer service said someone will definitely come today. Around 4pm, when no one came, we called again. We were informed that the request was canceled. The dispatcher did end up sending someone. But then that person said he only did emergency shut off and will not do any investigation on the leak. That need a separate request or through a plumber. This lack of communication and explanation is unacceptable! Now we ended up no hot water for a whole week. If anyone took just one minute to explain the process, all of these could have been avoided.
