Classic hotel. Clean rooms. Great service. Absolutely beautiful wedding accommodations. My only complaints would be not accommodating my requests for a MMOl feather/down pillow and a quiet room. Instead they brought 2 additional foam pillows and my room was right above a banquet hall with a DJ blasting music till late.

So there are like 2 channels that work. Called front desk.. no answer The shower is old and you have to flip a switch from tub to shower.. this only half works so limited pressure. It was quiet but then people checked I'm next to me and it was a little louder. Not really my preferred place to stay.... oh and CLEAN YOUR ROOMS EVERYDAY.. I'm so over paying all this money and yall can't even make up a bed and give out clean towels.

Really like this place. Good vibe and comfortable, super clean room. They also give coupons for their restaurants. I got in too late to use it but it was a lovely touch. Slept like a baby. Solid.

I’m updating my review to 4-stars. I had a very pleasant experience once at the Madison hotel. I’m leaving 4 stars tho, because I was upset how the staff originally handled my request. All I asked was that they made note I requested early check-in, but they made it very difficult. I practically live in hotels with my baby and this is the first time that a hotel couldn’t just make note of my request (which i understand if the rooom isn’t available, but I don’t understand why it’s so hard just to make note of my request?) Anyone, it was an added stress that eventually got resolved in the end. Thank you to the staff for the accommodation.
