Disappointed that I (and my husband and daughter) took time off work/school for a passport appointment at this location (which was confirmed) and last-minute right before our appointment they call and say they can't process passport applications at this time and we need to make an appointment at another location. I think they could've let me know earlier than that.

Horrible place if you get serviced by Sandra not well mannered has an attitude and is extremely rude, unable to handle a stressful work environment Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would recommend going to another location. Staff needs to be more engaging and looking out for customers. $84 for 2 packages that didn’t weight more then 6lbs.

did someone put in a new drive up mailbox and install it backwards. You now have to get out of your car and then look for a very thin slot, only enough for a single letter. A woman with a handicap had to do this and wasn't very happy

The mailbox installed is not a drive up mailbox it's a more secure mailbox. It's for the safety of your outgoing mail.
