We teach the hand techniques from boxing but for self defense purposes. We don’t train competitive boxers
The movements from Kickboxing are included in our self defense course. We aren’t focused on competition we are focused on self protection
No it’s not free 😜 I have a professional staff and rent to pay :) Summer camp Is from 7:30 am to 6 pm and includes three martial arts classes a day. You get what you pay for!
