The laundry machines and the dryers never work.It's inconvenient to say the least.

BE AWARE. This place was great until JWB management took over and it's a mess now. They are known for ripping off people. The laundry room is filled with trash, they don't care about maintaining the property. Simple ac unit replacement or bathroom sink clog will take forever to fix. The pool went green just a few days after the management change. Stay away from this place.

Love our two bedroom apt. Plenty of room, two blocks from the beach and my job. Close to everything else. Great location. You can't find anything this close to the beach for under $900. Only pay $825.
