Chelsea Kastelan was my dealer. She was nice courteous and treated me with the respect I have not always been afforded. I felt comfortable working with her and when I buy my next truck I will be back to work with her. I had actually went to three dealerships that day and all them seemed like they did not want to work with me. I was having a rough day and some Car issues but just needed a car and was willing to pay. She was the only one to take the time to make sure all Of my needs were met. It was truly refreshing to have this type of experience on my first time ever buying a new car. The experience was so refreshing that I know exactly who and where I will be going the next time. I have even had to call her three times since and every phone call has been pleasant and very helpful. I have never been to Ed Rinke before, but I know I will be back because of Chelsea.

The front desk lady was very helpful and explained things to me well. I also like how the mechanics treated my car with respect

I will tell one and all how great Keith Lamb is! From the first phone call to him handing me my keys ... his attitude, his knowledge was spot on for me. I knew going in what I wanted. He found it for me. The whole atmosphere was nice, therefore I was comfortable going in to do business. I bought my car from Ed Rinke and will get my car serviced from there as well. Thank you Keith for a great experience!

Well if you call them they could you a better answer.
I had an issue where a salesman would not call me back after many attempts. I've left messages and still nothing. I left a bad review and then was called by the manage right away to apologize for the issue. Unfortunately it was too late and I went to another dealer. Just a heads up
