Terrible customer service. I was there today and it was empty at the counter. Three employees were behind there busy doing who knows what and make me stand there with my cash deposit in hand and wait for well over 5 minutes while the line behind me is growing. Finally a new teller comes out and very s l o w l y opens his till and sets up his station and then very s l o w l y completes my deposit transaction. No apologies for the unnecessary wait and they made me feel like an unvalued customer. I'm closing on a $20k cash out refinance next week and was going to place it into savings here, but will put that money elsewhere now. If they don't value my business, I will do the same in return. A simply apology at the counter for the unnecessary wait would have made a world of difference. But they don't seem to care.

I had nothing but a positive experience here! I’m not a member, but I needed to withdraw funds from another credit union in Colorado. MIDFLORIDA was the only shared branch credit union in my area that was open on a Saturday and allowed shared branch transactions that weren’t limited to an ATM. Everyone was friendly, and the entire process was quick and painless. Despite having to go a little out of my way to get to them, it was a pleasant experience, and I will happily consider opening an account with them!
