I have no choice but to leave a bad review here. It took me a while to realize what was going on here. GG has repaired my iPhone 11 screen about 5 or 6 times. The screens re-break very easily, presumably to induce you to come back and pay for another repair. GG's: if you think I'm exaggerating, please look me up in your system. I have had to replace my screen 3 times in the past two months. For the same exact phone. Seriously, whatever cheap/knockoff screens that are being used are useless, and will crack and the LCD will completely go out within a month or two. This is sad and almost rises to the level of con artistry. Avoid this place or you'll find yourself spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars each time your phone screen goes out, which it inevitably will as a result of the cheap replacement parts being used.

The guys here are awesome, they are straight forward with what you are getting. I had a battery swap about 3 months ago and it started bloating. They switched the battery out and due to the defect, the one year warranty is still in effect from the original purchase of the first.

Gadget guys got my business because they responded so quickly to my request and was able to fix my computer in a timely fashion. The manager and his workers for very respectful and answered all of my questions. I don't know how much other companies charge their rates but I believe for the service that I got it was a reasonable price. I would recommend them as your source of service for all your technical needs.
