It's dated but very quaint....like it's from the 60s! The guy (for the life of me I cannot remember his name!) Is very nice. He went above and beyond for us! It's clean! Beds are comfy! After our first few visits we preferred the upstairs room next to the owners suite. The yard is very pretty and well kept. I love that magnolia tree outside. Someone previously mentioned cockroachs....we have NEVER seen any. Maybe he brought them in.

Very nice little motel in the area. I usually stay at the big chain hotels but there wasn't one for over an hour and either direction so I decided to give this place a try and was glad I did. Rooms were super clean.

The wife and I have been coming here for several months now.The staff here is extremely friendly and will do everything possible to make our stay as if we were at home. The rooms are very clean and have the look like no other. You feel like you are at a relatives house. Mona and John will even give you a certain room if you request, because everyone is a bit different, but all nice. I would highly recommend this place if you're ever in Welch.
