Luggage was taken by someone and you won't do anything to help me find it. So I will tell everyone that your bus company's customer service is not friendly and they were not courtesies, nor were they professional. Now I am taking this matter to a lawyer. Someone took my Luggage and it was everything I owned. I was relocating from Jackson Mississippi to Tempe Arizona and everything is gone. Photos of my deceased mother, Son,etc.... All of my items were taken. My name is on my Luggage. Your employee who took my boarding pass had a rude and disgusting attitude. She never issued me a baggage claim ticket, so I never received a ticket number to give you for my luggage. She did fill the tag that she put on my luggage which she wrote my name on, my luggage. So now YOUR BUS COMPANY IS Saying that they are not liable. WOW!!!!!!!!! HOW DARE YOU . I am talking with an attorney about this issue, please rectify this issue before I have to take you to civil court.

This Bus Service is a joke, nothing is there. For a so called business, it stinks to high heaven.

This is absolutely the worst greyhound location! For one the actual station is closed. The pick up spot is located behind the building. There are no seats just a back alley environment! My daughter, grandson and myself were approached by strange men asking us for money. There was a lot of foot traffic here from people who were obvious drug users. As this bus stop is nestled in a back alley entrance between two motel 6 locations. Not to mention the bus was over 2 hours late and it was getting dark! We decided to leave! Greyhound couldn't give us any real information as to where or why the bus was late. We then started the refund process. Please be aware they will usually only give a free voucher and not your money back!!! We had to dispute charges through our bank. I had used Greyhound for many years and never have I had such a horrible experience. Very disappointed! Greyhound please do better and make this pick up location safer for your patrons. I wish I had taken pictures!

8am
You can go to greyhound.com or download the app
I think to the station that is located at Buckeye and 24th street in Phoenix
I don't know but I recommend that you don't travel on these buses. I spent 18 hours at the central because they changed my ticket because the bus left without us and we were late... The trucks are super cold. There is no wifi and neither to charge cell phones.
About 4 hours, also depending on how many stops you make from Mesa to Springville.
Greyhound.con
Has to be certified seeing eye dog or therapy animal. You can get the certificate on line
I dont know personally. But just call your local greyhound bus station and they will be able to relay this information to you:). Ive found their staff very informative and helpful in all my questions i had and help provide you with deals on round trips to save you $.
Yes
And
Call n ask them 4 information n details k
Go online or get there free toll free number and they'll give you prices and times and sometimes if you pay with your credit card you can get discounts
Good! We are just customers! I recommend that you search their website or call them!
The only stop close to location would be Riverside, Ca
The 3 times that i have been at the mesa station, i have seen folks come in there to claim their baggage and they have a storage area with bags and packages.
Tyoe in your starting address into google and the grey hound bus to get that answer. Your 2nd metro bus will be the buckeye bus if i.m not mistaken For example: if you lived on 27th ave and cactus rd; you'd take bus 27 to buckeye and buckeye bus toward the station.
Yes
It's $17
If you download the app and book it head it will be cheaper
It takes 5.5 hours to san San Diego, so it will probably be approximately 6.5 hours
Sorry no idea , maybe call the bus station ?
You would have to contact Greyhound and ask them.
It's between 188 to 249 miles. Its some where around there, it's about a 5hr ride on the bus. Call Greyhound and check.
$147 to $187 online. Prices are higher if purchased at the station.
$10 one way
The closest destination is Unadilla, GA. $269 if you book online, but tickets are more expensive at the station. Bus 9492 leaves at 4pm. Transfer to 1418 in Phoenix, transfer to 1516 in Dallas, transfer to 3863 in Atlanta. Trip is approximately 2 days.
You should be fine. Be careful on the trip. Ypu run into people from all walks of life.
I would contact the Greyhound bus station and ask what type of specials are going on 4 the day you are trying to leave. Sometimes they have different deals going on.
60 to San Bernardino
Depends on when you travel and how you pay. Prices fluctuate quite a bit
No, but you can still catch the later busses behind the building. Need to buy your tickets online, but is cheaper than at the station anyway.
Varies depending on what day and time.
Greyhound has a website where you can check fares.
The e ticket is emailed to you once you order it. It basically will have the confirmation number that you take to the counter on arrival to the station before your departure. It includes your itinerary for your trip as well. After you purchase the ticket it usually emailed directly to you.
9:20am 11am and 9:35pm
It varies
Different buses have different times. The staff sometimes can be very rude but i think its due to tiredness. I think it depends on when you depart or arrive. You should always call an hour or two before you are scheduled to departed to make sure your bus isnt delayed or cancelled.
Answering own question as its a good one to keep up. Behind building...Youll see thier access door with the logo GreyHound on the door...Bus pulls in right there... Had to sit there with dads friend whos a older lady in her 60's. Randoms walk past ya...Not best place of town for ladies alone waiting for a bus...
You need to get to the station, thats is the best way to know l
Buy it online its so much cheaper than buying at the station
It's gonna be around $75 one way and probably something like $150 or less round trip. If you buy this ahead of time it will be cheaper, as the price goes up the closer you are to your departure date.
Yes, with a ticket purchase to Tucson
Yes call and ask
