My mother was here for 3 weeks and had an amazing experience. The staff was attentive, the food was wonderful, and therapy helped her get back to where she was before her fall. We are thankful that we had such a wonderful experience.

There for 10 days post op total knee.. lost 15 pounds as food was not eaten.... the worst I've ever seen...upon arrival the put a diaper on me... when I complained they said everyone gets them.... that lasted one day .. the next and. I took myself to use bathroom...physical therapy was a joke..I finally ask if I could go to the gym...I was without my regular medication for 10 days as they didn't have...please do not send anyone you love there

If your loved one needs around the clock care, I would not recommend Grand View as a place for them. My Grandmother broke her hip and received horrible care here. There was an incident where a CNA was actually yelling at her. They also do not answer the call buttons promptly. Instead of helping someone to the bathroom they tell them to go in a bed pan, when she could not go in a bed pan they put in a catheter for over 3 weeks. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who needs adequate care.

Gene, we accept Medicare when a patient comes to us for short-term rehabilitation after a hospital stay, but you’ll want to check with your insurance provider to find out if we are in-network for your specific secondary insurance plan.
