Trash!! Lady at front desk is not very knowledgeable of her job!!! Turned me away because no bill of sale! Never needed a bill of sale for any other vehicle I have ever titled!

We had to travel from an hour and a half away, praying they would be able to help us register and title our "new" used car so we could use it. I am so THANKFUL they were open for walk-in appointments because the soonest appt we could get at any other locations around here (during these fun pandemic times) wouldn't have been for another month. Despite having to deal with a setback of the system crashing (Not their fault!!), the ladies did their very best to get us all taken care off...even staying open during their scheduled lunch break. Once the system came back up, they notified us immediately and worked hard to help each person. On top of that, may I say...just BEAUTIFUL people, the both of them. :) Best DMV experience in over 20 years of driving, hands-down. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! Thank you ladies, you are AWESOME!! :)

It was absolutely horrible. The line was really slow slow moving, was in line for 31/2 hours. The employee was rude disrespectful to customers. Shouldn't be a public official if you don't how to talk to people the way gun violence is going on in the country. There could've been a very angry impatient customer in the group today
