Stopped there on the travel North. It wasn't very busy, but it took a while for us to get serviced. The staff was friendly, but the majority of the tables needed cleaning. Once our order was taken we received our order quickly.

Stood in line and was ignored for at least 3 minutes so I left. One worker had her head in her cell phone. The other saw me and did not help me and the last was rudely barking orders at the rest.

You place your order they have you drive up to the first window they take your money refuse to give you a receipt then you get to the second window to pick up your food. No one has a clue of what you ordered. I was there for over 40 minutes waiting for a double cheeseburger bundle and a sweet tea and a double quarter pounder combo with sweet tea was given five different orders which none were correct finally I let them keep their food and I left. Worse service worse McDonald's I've ever been to. Will not be going back.

Tarheel Outdoor Excursions

Stopped in today just before 2pm. Stood at the counter for a while and several employees saw me standing there for that period of time. Not one of those several employees acknowledged my presence nor say that they would be with me in a few minutes. They were not that busy inside nor was the drive-thru busy enough that someone couldn't have taken my order. This just reinforces why I don't visit McDonalds that much and it will be even less in the future. Some of the absolute worse customer service I have ever seen.
