Yes, my insurance is through AHCCCS and I haven't had any problems with My doctor now. All is handled in a timely manner!
Without the $40 month plan plus $10 per visit, plus a la carte services fees which are about $45 each; then it's full price so about $150 visit without insurance and without signing up for the $40/mo plan. Of course, depending on what you need the price of services varies widely. Blood screen vs annual checkup etc.
