I use the rail every day to work a back. The security is very unprofessional and do not practice 6foot rule. There loud talk to much hypocritical and discriminated toward passengers! Not mention rude.

Yes
No.
Not directly, however, you can get off the train at the 24th Street/Jefferson stop and take the Route 70 bus south to the station.
Besides using Google Maps, there's always you're Assistant, say "Ok Google" ask for directions & time to get there. You'll say from your current Location to the address you'll be going to. It may ask what type of transportation will be used. Say LR &/or bus if needs. Last but not least you can down load the "Ridekick" app in Google Play store and follow directions. It like Google Maps & Assistant are all very easy and informative apps for almost all your transpo needs. Hope this helps you some or maybe confused you more! 🕐n🚃s.
About 30 minutes if you take the Route 19 South bus
Yes
There's a parking lot with lights and security personnel. No gates or cameras, if that's what you're asking about.
If you have tickets to a downtown event then the light rail is free to ride just show an event ticket to the personnel on the train.
Not quite. The Art Institute of Phoenix is at 23rd Avenue and Dunlap, and this stop is on Dunlap just west of 19th, so it's not quite a half mile away. You can theoretically walk it in our lovely summer weather, or it's absolutely within biking distance, or you can transfer to the 90 westbound and get off 2 stops later. Do NOT rely on the 90 if getting there on time matters, that bus sucks.
All above are correct if you purchase a ALL Day pass for $4.00. If you purchase a 1 way / 1 ride ticket for $2 it is valid for one bus OR train ride ONE WAY. The ALL DAY pass is valid until the end of the ride day and can be used on multiple bus AND train rides.
