Overall I had a great experience. The venue is absolutely beautiful and our coordinator Molly was exceptional. They offer different tier packages at decent prices that are all inclusive tailored to your needs. They help a lot with the planning as well which super helpful. A couple things could've been executed better which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Great venue. Beautiful for winter, fall or spring but not a summer wedding. My nieces wedding was absolutely beautiful but very warm outdoors. So we were all under the impression that this was an indoor wedding, not so. After the vows we returned indoors but just temporarily, the meal was served outdoors in a tent setting. There were swamp coolers but it was still very hot. I don't recommend a July wedding unless it's indoors. My Caesars salad was wilted and this salad is delicate and should not have been sitting, especially in this heat. Ice in the water jugs were melted. Staffing was lean because my plate wasn't cleared until I was leaving, only one person bussing tables. For the price of the event I expected much more. This said, I loved the views, stunningly beautiful venue. The only other disappointment was that it all felt very rushed, strict regime.

My husband and I were married at Stonebridge in December 2021. Aside from being an absolutely stunning property, the staff went above and beyond for us. We were meant to be married in 2020, and they worked with us to reschedule at no additional cost. Kristy, Brinnzly and Alexis were always quick to answer any questions I had during planning and made the process as stress-free as possible. Molly, our day of coordinator, was an absolute angel, and was so, so incredible on our wedding day. The food was delicious and all of the wedgewood included vendors were amazing and so easy to work with. The set up and the clean up was handled for us. Down to the very last detail, I can honestly say I have no complaints. I would recommend Stonebridge to any of my friends and family, they helped to make our day truly magical.

Yes! Stonebridge has experience with a wide variety of events that include client appreciations, workshops & seminars, holiday parties, dinner parties, and employee appreciation or awards dinners.
Our customizable wedding services include catering, DJs, cakes, photography packages, floral packages, and officiants.
We do not off any discounts for cash, however have a couple other ways to save. Our “Quiet Season” is May 15th – September 15th and January 5th – February 15th. We also have Military Discounts for our Brides and Grooms who are currently serving in the military.
Because we have a full liquor license, all alcohol must be provided and served by Stonebridge Manor. We offer our couples the choice of having a hosted or cash bar. Pricing for our bar packages begin at less than “happy hour” pricing for those couples that choose to host their bar. The best part about us providing the alcohol is all the shenanigans that could be forgotten the day-of are NOT forgotten and we don’t run out… (i.e., cups, ice, taps for kegs, mixers etc).
Stonebridge Manor works exclusively with Palm Street Culinary who also owns our restaurant, Board & Batten – A Modern Bistro. Our Executive Chef and Pastry Chef are extremely talented and can provide meals to accommodate a wide variety of culinary cultures. From Mexican to Italian to Gluten Free, we pride ourselves on catering to your needs and wants. We have buffet and plated dinner service options available.
We will book up to 18 months in advance. With having two venues, we have twice the availability! Saturday evenings are definitely the most popular, however, if you are flexible on your date, savings are available for morning events and weekday evenings.
GREAT question! Privacy is of the utmost importance for your wedding. Stonebridge Manor is situated on four acres with two exclusive venues separated by a 16,000 manor. While we are able, to host two events in the same evening each event starts at a different time. Each venue also offers each bridal party their own bridal suite and groom’s rooms. The most frequent comment we hear from folks that have been to a wedding at Stonebridge Manor, “I didn’t even realize there was another party going on”.
Yes! Both venues are designed to accommodate both indoor and outdoor ceremony & reception (depending on guest count).
We have multiple areas that will accommodate an intimate party of 50 guests or a grand event with 350 guests.
