Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. Room was fairly clean and everything including air conditioning worked very well. Great value for price.

Worst hotel stay I have ever had! I worked in the hotel industry for years and would never let what happen to my family ever happen to guests at the hotels I have managed. First off we reserved a non smoking room, we walked in and not only did the room smell of cigarette smoke there were cigarette burns in the blankets. Then there was 1 bath towel in a room with 2 beds and it was not very clean. One pillow on each bed when our reservation clearly stated 3 people. Then the soap and other bathroom products were already opened. Oh and the bathroom door didn't shut at all. The only reason I did not demand my money back is because we got in so late and were only going to be in the room for max of 5 hours because we are headed to Arkansas for our family vacation. We are supposed to stay here on our way back but I will be canceling the reservation and will never come back to this horrible hotel.

Paid for a queen bed but got a full, the "comforter" was literally a flat sheet, there was a large gap under the door that let cold January air in, the smoke detector had been pulled off the wall, and the sheets and towels were hopefully stained and not still dirty from the last people. At least the man at the front desk was nice and gave a full refund. I'd recommend going down the street to Sleep Inn, much better experience for nearly the same coat.

I arrived on Thursday night for the dog show. Unloaded everything got the dogs all set up. Turned the heat on when I got there about 6:30. Took a shower room was still cold. Heater was set on 80 no heat coming out. Called the front desk let them know no heat. Sent a young guy over to look at it about 45 minutes later he showed up. He got the heat to finally come on. It worked about 15 minutes. Said it would be morning before the maintenance guy could replace it. Asked if they had a space heater I could use as it was 45 degrees outside. They didn't offer one finally a out an hour late brought me a small space heater. They did offer me another room but I was already ready for bed. The outlet to plug in the heater didn't work. Thankfully I had 2 extra blankets with me. I woke up the next morning to bugs crawling around on the floor and up the walls. Heater got fixed not replaced. Asked for one night to be free due to no heat.. nope.. asked for managers number nope don't have one.. asked for email refer to my receipt that I had to ask for. Warning pay a few dollars more and stay at another motel while in Sioux Falls.. also I picked up a bunch of nails and screws in the parking area since I personally am not fond of a flat tire.
