I am extremely upset with the agency to say the least!! I always try to use a agency because of the service and TRUST. Big mistake on my part! I had my 1st accident on Sunday and whole utting the claim in come to find out I HAVE NO COVERAGE FOR RENT A CAR!! I was told in the beginning that I did. They are no different then a used car salesperson . No good in having an agent if your going to be lied 2!!!

I was with Amica for over 15years then I switched to State Farm and everything was going well in the beginning but then my bills start to change since then , I never had a fix bill and every time they come with some weird explanation, I do not recommend this place at all, don’t trust the offers they gave you in the beginning, they will surprise every month and that’s not a good insurance for the neighborhood. Stay Away!

Dan made a same mistake with my insurance not once, but twice. Called multiple times and left clear messages in order to fix their mistake...no answer...no callback. Avoid this agent his customer service is awful; have house and three cars insured with him, but apparently that doesn't warrant a call back. I am looking for currently looking for a better agent.
