I signed on with high hopes only to have a huge let down! On one occassion we recieved a call stating there was a timecard problem and as we ademently stated they were wrong the office person calling very calmly said"oh, here it is but now its late so im not sure it will be excepted". So- due to her neglegent action my worker didnt get money in hand until4 days later since a weekend was in there. Now we are getting calls that clock in isnt being done for 3 days when we have clear record of it BUT once again NOBODY wants to return our calls to address the messages theyve been sending. They NEVER answer phones and return calls!!!! They offerlife insurance and my worker even after 8 monrhs of asking ,is still being told that "someone will call him back. DONT sign on there because they wont ever be available to help in any way and theres always the chance your paycheck may be late

I would say that my chance encounter with a Paragon Employee at the neighborhood laundromat changed my life! When my father became unable to totally care for himself a little over 10 years ago, I stepped up to help him and became his caregiver...Along the way and uncertain of the many different agencies in the market, I chose an agency at random. Needless to say, there were so many problems along the way. Besides not being able to contact them directly, there were Fridays when my expected earnings would not be available and no one to contact without waiting 48 hours! Paragon home Care has made life for my father and myself so much more at ease! There is always someone to talk to when you have a question and the system they run is professional, caring, convenient, and above all Compassionate! I could go on and on here with problems I have run into with other companies, but I’m sure I’m supposed to keep this short. Long story short, my chance encounter with this Paragon Home Care Employee was the best thing to happen in years! Thank You Paragon Home Care. I have recommended this company to many people!
