Made an appointment for today at 12:30 (Saturday). Get there at 12:27, where out of four or five chairs only one was occupied. Only two nurses on site. Was told there was a wait, even though I made an appointment. I asked what was the point of making an appoint if I had to wait anyway. She said it doesn't account for me filling out the form and them getting my vitals. Seriously? Someone couldn't tell me that when I called? Maybe suggest someone shows up about 30min before to get that out of the way? Unorganized. Will wait for a mobile bus.
