I went to Cho’s tkd a long time ago and eventually got up to 1st degree black. I also tried other martial arts as the years went on and there is not any other school that comes close to doing high level stretching/warm up which is essential to longevity and performance. I attribute anything I do successfully to earning a black belt at Cho’s TKD. Master Cho, Jason and Christine were really brought out the best of every student that went there and was worth every penny . If you are looking for a high level Taekwondo / martial arts school then look no further. They have been training smart with their students and no one leaves with injury’s yet still train all aspects of combat from standing and striking to judo throws into submissions with complete control and care for students interest and safety.
