Me as a father of 2 young girls that practice here in the gym is pleased to how well behaved and manner the kids are with my daughters. The gym is not a daycare, these coaches are out here to teach the beautiful sport of boxing. Very knowledgeable and understanding of the sport. I suggest you walk in and see for yourself.

Amazing gym 10/10 recommend!!! Atmosphere is on point. Learn boxing from the ground up with various classes/time slots to accommodate different schedules and skill levels. Coach Ron and his team are great at coaching and pushing members to their full potential. If you are searching for a gym to learn or continue boxing look no further. Very glad I signed up.
