Went there to habe a decentfamily meal and i ordered chicken parmasean and literally got a fried roach on my kids plate with a grilled and cheese and pickles instead of getting to enjoy a family meal with my family.wewalledout with nothing and offered us a free meal but when the rest of the order wasnt brought out we mentioned the chicken parmesean and the cook wasvery very rude and refused to give it . regardless the situation this place showed disrespect and uncleanliness of the workless. But thankyoutothe vwry generous waitress for contacting the owner because the manager was being unprofessional and was choosing to do nothing on the matter. Was spending ever bit of 90 dollars here to enjoy a nice family meal and left on an empty stomach, no food, and with disgust.

A friend and I ate here last night. I had been to several Gondola restaurants in the area before. So the meal started normal. The waitress introduced herself. My friend asked her what kind of rice they serve. She said she didn't know, that she would have to ask. But instead of going and asking she just stood there. Then I asked her what vegetables come in their sauteed vegetables. She responded with, "they're vegetables." She had NO menu knowledge whatsoever and no intention of finding out the information we had requested. Everytime we asked a question she'd respond with "I think." My friend at one point even asked her to verify and she just stood there. Moving on to the food. I ordered a cheeseburger. It didn't come with a side which was very odd to me but the cheeseburger had good flavor and it was pretty good. My friend ordered chicken with bacon and cheese and it too was very good. It was tender and juicy. Moving on to dessert, I'd ordered cheesecake. When it arrived you could tell it was completely overdone. It was so hard I could smack it with a fork and it stayed in tact. It was the driest cheesecake I have every tasted. Just didn't seem like anyone knew what was going on. Food was good but I probably will stick with the Crossville location.

We were seated immediately and our server came over quickly then brought our drinks right out. Jamie took our food order and it was no time before they brought our food! Jamie was by far the best server I've had since I moved to McMinnville last year. Very friendly, kept a check on us and was super efficient. The food was delicious! I was very impressed with our dining experience at Gondola this evening.

With frozen fish/seafood, and hamburger patties it is definitely not worth the prices. The best thing they have going for them is their delicious Alfredo sauce. For an Italian restaurant they should be ashamed of their spaghetti.
