You get a paper kind of like what's used on a doctor's office bed to lay over a pillow so that you can lay down on the bed.
The range is anywhere from around $500 up to $5500 it depends on what quality, support and feel you want. The associates there will try to custom fit a mattress to fit your needs and your budget.
