They made an appointment for my 5 year old child to have an exam. They send me several confirmations. I drive 1 hour to the appointment. While I was sitting in the back waiting for my child to be seen, the receptionist came proceeded to tell me that they can not see her because they do not see children under 7 years of age. They couldn’t tell me why they even allowed me to schedule the appointment if that is a rule. I wasted my gas and my time on a Saturday. I wish I could give them no stars!!!! Ridiculous!!!!

You do not need appointment if do not take an eye exam, but there are certain times of the day, and week, when there is a lot of clients there, and you may need to wait a bit, but it's worth it :-). Usually more crowdy is during lunch time and evenings during working week, and also on weekends.
