They only have exhibition cameras, because when they stole your belongings from your vehicle, nobody saw anything. And that supposedly there is someone from security ... they break the doors of your car, they rob you, they scratch your car with a key.

Moving a family friend in here soon. I am impressed with their plan for this complex so far. UPDATE: After re-leaseing for second year and moving apartments for that year. 1. Office staff are wonderful, competent, kind and responsive. Took appropriate precautions during pandemic. Patient with my young friends. 2. The neighbors are great. 3. Parking is a pain, but well lit. 4. My friends had had a great experience with their 2-4 y.o. son during their time here. My friends may release for a third year here, and likely will not move apartments regardless of its issues because the pest issues are under control and moving is always expensive. 5. This first apartment was trouble-free, large and comfortable. More detail: The first apartment my friends had was a 2-bedroom and they had no issues, except AC which was not working at move-in, but that was fixed within a reasonable period. The renewal rate offered was very reasonable increase, but my friends opted to downgrade to a one-bedroom for the second year. This rate was also very good and the new unit was just two-doors down, so an easy move. BUT this unit has had several problems from a soft subfloor to serious pests to roof trouble. Management was responsive but the issues are very serious for the long-term health of the asset, and will require capital investment. Summary: Great staff, great neighbors, good policies, but two apartments in same complex, two very different living units.
